A multi-objective programming model for wildlife and human rights based on ridge regression

Wildlife sanctuaries have been established all over the world to protect wild animals and other natural resources, but there serious conflicts between people wildlife in Africa near sanctuaries. We chose Kenya's reserves as our research object, created indicator framework needed for resource protection research, quantified relationship indicators using fitting methods like ridge regression. built a multi-objective planning model on this foundation, used grid method regional planning, developed an improved policy plan. The findings show that residents of can be most effectively compensated loss development interests by government's reasonable social welfare security system. Furthermore, local area should return farmland forests, strictly prohibit smuggling, encourage distinctive low-carbon industries achieve both ecological economic benefits.
